Repeat-Issue Policy
PowerAdSpy does not permit content that infringes the rights of others to remain on or return to the platform once a complaint has been verified as valid.
When a complaint is verified as valid, the advertiser or source responsible is permanently blocked at the advertiser level.
Advertiser-Level Blocking
This includes associated pages, accounts, and domains, not just the specific ads identified in the complaint. All existing ads associated with the blocked advertiser are removed from PowerAdSpy, and no further ads from that advertiser are collected, stored, or displayed.
Complaint Review and Enforcement
Every complaint is reviewed before enforcement action is taken. PowerAdSpy maintains records of each complaint and the corresponding action.
Removal from the blocklist may be considered only upon receiving written confirmation from the original complainant and obtaining approval from the owner (B7) and the CEO.
