Copyright & Takedown Policy

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or displayed on PowerAdSpy without authorization, please send a written notice to copyright@poweradspy.com with the subject line “Copyright Takedown Request.”

To help us review your complaint, please include all the information listed below.

Information Required for a Copyright Complaint

Your notice must include:

• Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the original copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. Where possible, provide the original work's URL, title, publication details, or other information that helps us identify it.
• Identification of the Reported Content: The direct URL of each allegedly infringing image, video, text, advertisement, or other material, along with the URL of the webpage where it appears on PowerAdSpy.
• Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number, so we can contact you regarding your complaint.
• Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the original work and locate the reported content. We may request additional information if your notice is incomplete.

Upon receiving a complete copyright notice, PowerAdSpy will review the complaint and take appropriate action where warranted. Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing the reported material, restricting access to it, or contacting the relevant parties for additional information.

If you believe that content you posted or supplied was removed or disabled by mistake or because of a misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification requesting reconsideration.

Your counter-notification should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court, as required by applicable law, and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original complaint or their authorized representative.

We will review the counter-notification and notify the original complainant where appropriate. If the applicable DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within the legally prescribed timeframe, generally 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant provides notice of a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Submitting a counter-notification may have legal consequences. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and that you have a lawful basis for disputing the removal.

PowerAdSpy does not tolerate repeated copyright infringement. Where an advertiser, content provider, or other source is the subject of repeated valid copyright complaints, PowerAdSpy may stop collecting content from that source and may permanently remove its content from the platform.

We may also take additional measures, including restricting access or terminating relevant access or privileges, where appropriate and consistent with applicable law.

Submitting knowingly false or materially misleading copyright complaints or counter-notifications may have legal consequences. Please ensure that all statements and supporting information submitted to PowerAdSpy are accurate and complete.
